Jigme Khyentse Rinpoche

Jigme Khyentse Rinpoche is a student of Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche and co-founder of Centre D'Études de Chanteloube in France, teaching Buddhist wisdom across Europe, North America, Australia, and Vietnam.

Jigme Khyentse Rinpoche grew up in Darjeeling, where he began his Buddhist education within his family. Following his father Kangyur Rinpoche's passing, he spent many years studying with Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche in Nepal and Bhutan. In 1980, Rinpoche moved to France, where he and his brother Pema Wangyal Rinpoche established Centre D'Études de Chanteloube under Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche's guidance. Over four decades, the brothers have invited renowned teachers including Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche, Dudjom Rinpoche, Nyoshül Khen Rinpoche, and Trulshik Rinpoche to teach in the West. Fluent in English and French, Rinpoche teaches regularly across Europe, Australia, Vietnam, Canada, and the United States.
