H.R.H. Ashi Kesang Choden Wangchuck, The Princess of Bhutan, serves as Executive Director of the Buddhist Art & Cultural Conservation Centre (BACCC), established under the auspices of the Central Monastic Body of Bhutan. A patron of the arts and a dedicated steward of her nation's cultural legacy, Her Royal Highness has devoted her work to the conservation, restoration, and documentation of Bhutan's sacred artistic traditions — from the preservation of centuries-old monastery collections to a landmark digitization of antiquities held by the Zhung Dratshang. Guided by the principles of Compassion, Conservation, and Continuity, she leads efforts to ensure that Bhutan's living spiritual and artistic heritage is not only protected, but passed forward with integrity to future generations.
